1. Role Statement:
The Account Manager is the owner to defend and grow in existing & potential customers in focusing Automation & Control application in Power & Factory Automation.
2. Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:
- University engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering preferred)
- Business acumen & Self learning
- Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situation
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE) .
- Strong presentation skills & Global communication.
- Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate in English
- Develop credibility & trust resulting in customer “buy in”
